I graduated from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND on May 11 of the year 2002 with a degree in computer science. While in college, I was involved with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, and eventually became the president of the chapter. Upon graduation, I applied for work with InterVarsity, and then spent a year of training with InterVarsity in Bemidji, MN. I worked as the campus staff for the InterVarsity Chapter at the University Minnesota Duluth for 2 years.

In 2005, things changed. On January 8, I started dating a woman named Sandi Shelton. On June 31 we got engaged and we were married May 21, 2005. After a lot of discussion, I moved to Bemidji to begin work with the Bemidji State University Chapter alongside my wife. We've been quite busy since then. In July we took a team of 9 students with one other staff to Northwest Russia to share the gospel with university students. One week after we returned from Russia we took a trip into the boundary waters canoe area, traveling into canada for most of the trip. It sure has been crazy.

Some of the things I enjoy most are programming, solving problems, and discussing other mentally stimulating concepts. I also enjoy playing and watching sports, as well as music of most any type. Most recently, Sandi and I are getting ready for the med city marathon in Rochester, MN.
